Damaged or Defective Items

At our store, we prioritize the quality and satisfaction of our customers. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are committed to making things right. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue. You will be required to provide proof of the damage or defect, such as photographs. Once your claim is validated, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items unless they are proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt. This is due to the specific production methods we use for all our products. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure you are selecting the correct size, color, and style.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes changes need to be made after an order is placed. Order cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. A cancellation fee of 10% of the order total will be charged. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
